«Dimensions and silhouette. Dimensions and silhouette. The building has a complex plan configuration. Its silhouette is formed by a two-storey mass under a shallow vault. Architectural and structural characteristics (volumetric-spatial composition). The walls are built of stones from the ruins of the Konduisky gorodok (fortified settlement). Roofs. The church is covered by a shallow roof. A tower volume is covered by a trough vault. Above the apse, the roofs are hipped. The roofing is sheet metal with standing seams. Composition and architectural treatment of the facades. A profiled cornice runs around the perimeter of the main block; the single-storey volumes are capped by a rectangular-section cornice with a profiled vertical face. Types of facade surface finishing. The walls has smooth plaster and are embellished with 75 × 25 cm decorative plaques-stylized dragon reliefs. Fillings of openings. Windows. At ground level, grilles are installed between the frames. In the church openings, the window frames have slender muntins forming a central cross. On the second level openings, the frames use radial muntins. Doors. Double-leaf paneled wooden doors. Window surrounds. At the first level, the frames have straight-pedimented surrounds with a profiled sill cornice, topped by a profiled pediment. On the southern and northern facades, the sill cornices and pediments of three adjacent openings are linked between the central semi-circular pilasters».
